Gillian Harrison is the Head of Iberia and Latin America for Whitefox Technologies. Whitefox Technologies is a chemical engineering group developing and commercializing innovative clean technologies. It is divided into business units, which develop and commercialize its core intellectual properties, including Alternative Fuels (Ethanol Dehydration), Energy (Fuel Cells), and Water and Gas Separations. Whitefox focuses on using membrane technology to bring greater efficiencies to processes and reduce the harmful impact they have on the environment. Whitefox' ethanol dehydration technology has been operated in full scale industrial applications since 2002.
Gillian received her Bachelor degree in English law and Spanish law at the University of Canterbury, England. Her background is in finance law, having spent nearly nine years at the international law firm Clifford Chance, working in the London , Sao Paulo and Madrid offices. She spent nearly three years working in Brazil , mainly on large infrastructure projects in the oil and gas sectors and cross border acquisitions in South America . Gillian is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and is based in London.

Kosch Capital manages a proprietary loan and equity portfolio on behalf of investors. Scott has over fifteen years experience advising and investing in high growth, private and public businesses. Scott was previously a Senior Associate for Enertech Capital Partners, a $250MM venture capital fund focused on investments in energy technology and cleantech, where he sourced a successful investment in Capstone Turbine (NASD:CPST). He was also a Senior Analyst for Theodore Barry & Associates, providing counsel to the electric utility industry on operations improvement, capital budget allocation and competitive strategies related to deregulation and diversification for clients such as Southern California Edison, PSEG, ComEd, and Siemens Power Generation.
He also co-authored a white paper for the Congressional Subcommittee on Energy and the Environment regarding the potential privatization of Federal power generation assets, addressed both the financial benefits and the impact on competitive market structure and environmental initiatives. Scott graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a bachelor of arts in economics and psychology and earned his M.B.A. in private equity finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Barry A. Weiss focuses his practice on US and international project development and finance transactions. He represents developers, lenders, equity investors and others in acquisitions and divestitures and in the development and financing of energy, infrastructure and other projects, including renewable and alternative energy transactions, and counsels companies worldwide on project agreements, including joint ventures and partnership arrangements, development and concession agreements, power purchase and other off-take agreements, construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, and fuel supply and development agreements. Mr. Weiss has been involved in more than US $8 billion in complex financings, acquisitions and development transactions in Asia, Australia, Europe, India, Latin America and the United States.
