Mr. Alan Crain

Alan Crain is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Seattle Bank. He is responsible for financial, tax and regulatory reporting, profitability and risk management, and investment, funding, and liquidity management. He has over 20 years of financial services experience, including as Chief Financial Officer for Cashmere Valley Bank, and at the public accounting firm Knight, Vale & Gregory, where he focused on audit and taxation of financial institutions. Alan has a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University, and is a graduate of the University of Washington Pacific Coast Banking School. He is active in a variety of civic organizations, including as a member of the Washington State Society of CPAs, and as chairman of the Fiscal Governance Committee for the Washington Business Alliance.
